Holiday Wishes for 2025

My Wishes for the Holiday Season and for the Year Ahead

In my role as a therapist, I hold space for so many who are struggling right now.

The holiday season is always a challenging time for family dynamics and mental health challenges overall. 2025 will be a year of significant changes, but I have a few holiday wishes to share.

  1. I wish for a healthcare system accessible to everyone, regardless of gender, income, or any other factor.

  2. I wish for job security, fair wages, and access to affordable childcare for all working families.

  3. I wish for increased funding for community programs that support the most vulnerable members of society, including seniors and those with disabilities.

  4. I wish for everyone to have access to safe, affordable, and adequate housing.

  5. I wish for a country where everyone, regardless of their background or cultural identity, feels safe, respected, and belongs.

  6. I wish for schools and workplaces to be free from violence, hate, and fear, providing a secure and inclusive environment for all.

  7. I wish for an end to loneliness and isolation, ensuring that everyone has a sense of connection and belonging.

Whether you spend the holidays alone or with family, I wish you peace, compassion, and a sense of peace.
