The focus is always a new combination of self acceptance and finding new ways of living your daily life. True harmony and balance is when you have a full range of emotions but in a way that allows you to be present in the moment and enjoy your life’s journey.

We each bring our own past into our relationships and this can cause repeated dysfunctional patterns. With the help of a neutral therapist, you can unravel the reasons for the challenges and begin to live you life in a healthier and happier way. Physical intimacy is part of relationships, and all dynamics are welcome here.

Weekend Intensives

Can weekly therapy truly make a difference in your life? Absolutely. Decades of evidence back this perspective from a researched approach. However, we know that original psychoanalysis began with longer sessions than insurance typically allows. In an effort to bring all techniques to the forefront, Sara provides longer weekend sessions with a focus on faster healing or allowing a jump start on the therapeutic process.

Begin your journey with a comprehensive consultation where Sara will discuss your concerns, goals, and expectations. This meeting helps to understand your unique needs and tailor a personalized plan for your healing journey. All of your questions are welcomed and will be addressed.

After the initial meeting, Sara conducts a detailed assessment to understand your childhood, family, and relationships. This ensures that your approach aligns with your individual experiences and future aspirations. All trauma can be healed.

Therapy Sessions

Engage in regular therapy sessions designed specifically for you. Sara gathers 20 years of experience to provide guidance, support, and practical strategies to help you navigate challenges and foster personal growth. Most clients meet with Sara weekly.

As you progress, Sara will offer you continuous support and access to the resources you need to heal and understand your own mental health. There is no rush or timeline, but rather a customized approach that gives you the support you need to fully heal and gain new skills for the future.
